Facts that remain connected
Identify gaps, compare authorised sources and prepare controlled updates without turning Xplan into a duplicate data island.
Adial sits around your Xplan operating model, helping your team collect, prepare, reconcile, document and progress work while preserving the client record and human approval.
We map the actual Xplan configuration, team roles, templates, data fields, tasks and approval points inside your business before designing what the agent may read, prepare or update.
Identify gaps, compare authorised sources and prepare controlled updates without turning Xplan into a duplicate data island.
Create, update and route work against defined process stages, ownership and exception rules.
Connect file notes, source documents, advice inputs, versions and review findings to the client workflow.
Prepare wizard fields, paraplanning packs and document components for qualified review.
Separate read, prepare, propose and write actions. Sensitive changes require the right user and approval.
Capture the source, action, version, exception and human decision for every governed workflow.
Xplan pricing depends on the customer's contract, modules and active users. Adial discovery records the current invoice or renewal quote, separates user licences from modules and support, and then models the permitted future-state access plus one Adial practice or AFSL licence, usage/data and any required human review.
Active users × contracted monthly price × 12, plus modules, support, implementation and other contracted charges.
Keep every Xplan user or service account required by the Iress agreement, security model and operating responsibilities.
Price the Adial practice or AFSL layer separately from usage/data and optional qualified review services.
Any Xplan seat reduction is a customer-specific scenario, not a guaranteed saving. User credentials must never be shared, and service or integration access must be contractually permitted.
This capability is in active development. The intended pathway prepares and reconciles authorised inputs, hands them into a bounded Xtools workflow, checks the returned assumptions and outputs, and routes the result to a qualified person before anything is approved or used in advice.
Reconcile authorised client facts and modelling inputs.
Send only bounded inputs through approved access.
Check assumptions, inputs and returned outputs.
A qualified person reviews the model and strategy.
A named authorised person decides what may be used.
Xtools-assisted review is an in-development roadmap capability. Xtools is an Iress product. Availability depends on licensing, technical access, permissions, testing and customer approval.
The technical connection is only one part. The real work is translating your operating model into safe, repeatable behaviour.
Map people, permissions, workflows, pain points and priority cases.
Define fields, triggers, boundaries, exceptions and approvals.
Configure integrations and firm-specific agent access.
Run benchmark cases and compare against human baselines.
Deploy gradually, monitor evidence and improve the skills.
Choose a process with visible rework and measurable value. We will map it with you and define the safest path to implementation.
