This website provides general information about AdviceDIAL technology, operational workflows, implementation and governance services. It does not create a customer relationship, professional engagement, fiduciary relationship or obligation to provide services. Services commence only under a separate written agreement.

4. Information and uploads
You must provide accurate information and only submit documents you are authorised to provide. Initial uploads must be blank templates or appropriately redacted/de-identified samples. Do not upload credentials, tax file numbers or unnecessary sensitive or identifying information. Live client documents may be submitted only through a protected method approved for the engagement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights, submit unlawful material or use website content to provide unauthorised financial services.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, design and materials are owned by or licensed to the AdviceDIAL operator. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation but may not reproduce, commercialise or modify substantial content without written permission.

References to Xplan, Iress and other vendors identify possible ecosystem integrations. They do not imply affiliation, endorsement or guaranteed availability. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, licences, permissions and availability.

We aim to keep content current but do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Features, integrations, pricing structure and availability may change. Specific commitments must be documented in a written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated and are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising from website use or reliance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
