Approved sources and destinations
Workflows are designed around authorised systems and records so sensitive client information is not needlessly copied into inboxes, personal drives or unapproved AI tools.

Advicedial is designed for financial-services workflows where identity, health and financial information require careful handling. We define the data paths, permissions, human approvals and evidence required for each agreed deployment.
Data handling
Controls are scoped to the agreed architecture, hosting environment, vendor capabilities and customer policy. We do not use a broad security claim where the actual control depends on a specific deployment.
Workflows are designed around authorised systems and records so sensitive client information is not needlessly copied into inboxes, personal drives or unapproved AI tools.
Named users, role-based access and least-privilege permissions limit each person and workflow to the systems, files and actions required for its approved purpose.
Encryption in transit and at rest is used where supported by the selected hosting and integration stack. Credentials and secrets are managed separately from ordinary workflow content.
Source links, action logs, versions and approval records can be retained so authorised reviewers can see what was used, proposed, changed and approved.
Security by design
Security is considered during discovery, architecture, configuration, testing and change - not added as a label at the end.
Define what an agent may read, prepare, propose or update and where human authorisation is required.
Separate environments, customer records, roles and credentials according to the agreed deployment architecture.
Validate permissions, data paths, expected output, failure handling and approval gates against realistic cases.
Review and test changes to prompts, skills, templates, integrations and permissions before production use.
Configurable policy
The control set is agreed for each deployment rather than assumed to be identical across every adviser, paraplanner or AFSL.
Set authorised roles, access boundaries and mandatory approval points for sensitive reads, writes, communications and advice-document release.
Agree what workflow evidence should be retained, where it belongs and which customer or technology-provider policies govern it.
Surface failed tasks, missing evidence, contradictory inputs and activity requiring investigation or qualified judgement.
Document the proposed systems, controls and responsibilities before launch and reassess them when the workflow or stack changes.
Advicedial does not claim a security certification, regulatory approval or absolute protection that has not been independently established. Security statements are confirmed against the actual proposed deployment.
Privacy
Purpose limitation, access control and clear data paths help reduce unnecessary exposure. Customer instructions and applicable privacy obligations remain part of the deployment design.
Define the authorised purpose, sources, outputs and recipients before sensitive information is processed.
Customers approve the systems, roles, policies and actions used in their Advicedial environment.

Designs and operates the agreed workflow controls, manages authorised changes and communicates relevant deployment requirements.
Approves users, systems, data, policies and workflows; manages internal access and ensures authorised people review sensitive outputs.
Provide the security and availability controls of their own platforms, APIs, hosting and integration methods.
Protect access, follow approved processes, verify outputs and escalate gaps, anomalies or suspected incidents.
We will map the workflow, systems, permissions, controls and approval points before proposing a deployment.
